These terms govern the use of coolintheory.com thermal insulation engineering services and cold-chain audit deliverables for agricultural exporters under NAQS standards.
coolintheory.com provides commercial thermal insulation engineering services including cold-chain infrastructure audits, thermal mapping, heat flux analysis, insulation integrity assessment, and NAQS compliance reporting. All deliverables are based on site-specific data and thermodynamic modeling. No guarantee of specific temperature outcomes is made without a full on-site survey.
The client must provide safe access to all cold storage and reefer container areas, disclose existing insulation materials and installation dates, and supply ambient climate records for the facility location. The client is responsible for implementing any retrofit recommendations within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to provide accurate information may void the audit validity.
coolintheory.com liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific service rendered. We are not liable for consequential damages including spoilage of agricultural products, loss of export contracts, or regulatory penalties arising from delayed or incomplete implementation of our recommendations. Our reports are advisory and do not replace on-site regulatory inspections by NAQS or other authorities.
All audit reports, thermal models, design drawings, and calculation outputs remain the intellectual property of coolintheory.com until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the specific facility and purpose described in the service agreement. Redistribution or resale of our engineering work is prohibited without written consent.
Fees are quoted per project based on facility size and scope. A 50% deposit is required before site work begins. The balance is due within 14 days of report delivery. Cancellations made less than 5 business days before the scheduled site visit forfeit the deposit. Refunds are not issued after the on-site survey has commenced.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days written notice if the other party breaches a material term. coolintheory.com reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
